Welcome
to ACN Children's Ministries!
Throughout Jesus' earthly ministry, He took the time to
minister to kids. Our purpose is to make Jesus smile. Our
mission is to lead children and their families on their journey
of faith; helping them know Jesus, love Jesus, and share Jesus.
We believe in having fun, being safe, being creative, being
relevant, being Bible-based, building life-long friendships,
helping others build strong family units, and reaching out
to the community. We hope you will join us on this journey
and become part of our family!

and Schedule: |

Our Nursery
(Room 204) accommodates children from newborn to age two. It
is open every Sunday morning from 9:30 AM until 12:15 PM, every
Sunday evening from 5:45 PM until 7:15 PM, and Wednesday evenings
from 6:45 PM until 8:15 PM |

Pagers: |
| |
|
Pagers
are given to parents when a they drop off their child. These
pagers serve as a means to contact the parent for any reason
during the child's stay in our nursery. |

|
Your
Child's Health: |
| |
|
We have
a well-baby policy for our nursery to keep your child healthy!
For the protection of all the children, we cannot accept a child
who has a runny nose, a fresh cold, a fever, rash, persistent
cough or any other sign of infection. |

|
|
| |
|
Cry
Room: |
| |
|
For your
convenience, we have a cry room adjacent to the main Sanctuary.
Here you can calm a fussy or hungry baby while still being a
part of our Worship Service. |

|
|
| |
|
Changing
Stations: |
| |
|
Parents
are more than welcome to use the changing facilities inside
the nursery. We also have a changing table in the ladies restroom
in the Main Sanctuary, and the ladies restroom in the Preschool
building. |

We
have three classrooms for preschool aged children: |

2-year-olds
meet in Classroom 111 |

3-year-olds
meet in Classroom 202 |

4 and
5-year-olds meet in Classroom 201 |
| |
|
Children
stay in the same classrooms for both Sunday School and Morning
Worship time. |

|

|
Check-In: |
| |
|
Parents
are asked to check-in at the Preschool Building Welcome Center
Desk which is located just through the glass doors in Building
100. All children are given name tags. Alert tags (allergies,
potty training, etc.) are also available at that time if needed.
Greeters are at the desk from 9:30-9:50 AM and again from 10:35-11:00
on Sunday mornings. |

Snacks: |
| |
|
Snacks
are provided to the children in their classrooms. We offer snacks
like Goldfish Crackers, Animal Crackers, Graham Crackers and
100% juice or water. |

|
Classroom
Learning: |
| |
|
During
both the Sunday School and Morning Worship, the children are
taught Biblical lessons appropriate for their ages. Your child
will experience Bible stories, songs, prayer, playtime and crafts
where Jesus is introduced as someone who wants to be their best
friend forever. The teachers also help the children understand
that God created them and that He loves them. |

Children's
Church: |
| |
|
Children's
Church takes place in the Faith Factory (Building 300) during
the Sunday Morning Worship Service. Here, the children sing
songs and hear stories about God and His love for us. This is
a high-energy service that your child is sure to love! |

|
Specific
Programs: |
| |
|
In
addition to Sunday School and Children's Church, we have programs
that meet regularly for school-aged children. These include:
puppet team, children's choir, Caravan and Club 56 (for 5th
and 6th graders). |

|
|
Security
Alert (for all ages)
Once
the Sunday Morning Worship service has begun, the glass
doors to the outside of both of the Children's buildings
are locked. If you need to access these areas during
the service, please find an usher (wearing a green or
maroon suit jacket) for assistance. |
