Jason was born, can you believe it, on December 25th, 1973! That's one you don't want to return! On January 18 he married Missy and they have three boys - Brandon, 8; Brady, 4; and Maddox, 12 weeks.

He graduated from Montverde Academy in 1993 and is a student at Asbury College working toward a Leadership in Ministry degree. He has been our Youth Pastor since October, 2008. As of September, 2010 he is now part-time paid Staff. Woo Hoo!!

His duties and responsibilities as Youth Pastor include taking care of the "hoodlums" and "animals." He is passionate about God, family and the students at ACN and the surrounding communities. He loves sports and traveling (as long as flying isn't involved), but.."those things are for another time and place."

His mom is the most influential person in his life. He says, "She is a beautiful example of the love of God."

As for working at ACN, Jason says he enjoys the wealth of knowledge and experience of the other staff members that is available to him any time he needs it. He also loves the freedom to try almost anything, as long as it brings glory to God and promotes Kingdom growth.

As for hidden talents, he claims he has none. But we have it on good authority that he snores (and makes other bodily noises) a lot, and he can't sing. Hmmm, maybe he's right! No, wait, they also say he was scouted for baseball while in Middle School and he is good at all sports and that he is a GREAT daddy.
